The most effective way to ease into a cleanse is by decreasing your caffeine and alcohol intake while slowly adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
You can start by decreasing alcohol intake. Once you’ve mastered this, you may then start decreasing your caffeine consumption. After decreasing alcohol and caffeine, you may now add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. After a few days or a week of following these guidelines, you can begin by trying out our smoothies to replace one meal a day. You can either start the morning with your favorite smoothie or use it as a post-workout drink. Meal replacements will reduce calorie consumption without sacrificing nutrients, which is key to the maintaining your health and energy levels.
Take one step further by replacing the smoothies with some of our juices. As you get used to incorporating them into your meals, you may opt for a 1-day cleanse just to test how your body reacts to it.
After your first cleanse, you will realize that you can go a day without solid foods. The side effects you feel from the first day cleanse will allow you to gauge whether you must clean your diet more or go for a 3-day cleanse. The 1-day cleanse will give you the confidence and reassurance in your ability to juice. Some people feel very minimal side effects on their first day cleanse and opt for a longer cleanse. To actually feel the benefits of a juice cleanse, we suggest you try at least 3 days of cleansing.
