How to Prepare for a Cleanse

Before you begin a cleanse, prep your body by easing off the following:

  • sugar
  • alcohol
  • caffeine
  • wheat
  • meats
  • dairy
You may start by step by step by focusing on one food group every two to three days. Once you have successfully removed all from your diet, you should replace them with more fruits and vegetables.
Now that you body has adjusted to eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, you can start with a one day cleanse. The less side effects you feel, the healthier your body is and you may go on with the a longer cleanse.
